Because I'm pretty sure some of you need lighter meal ideas after the insane diet they put their body on during this Holidays week, here is a tasty and almost healthy recipe for you.

This green veggies soup is perfect to help your body recovering: it gives you calcium (kale and bok choi), protein (green peas), fiber, some vitamins... without make you feel heavy.



Ingredients:

- 1L of water
- 6 leaves of bok choi
- 3 leaves of kale
- +/- 5 mushrooms
- 1 small bowl of frozen green peas
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 2tbs soy sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- a piece of ginger
- 1ts onion powder

Instructions:

Bring water to boil. Add the bouillon cube, garlic, ginger, onion powder and soy sauce. Then, add all the other ingredients: kale, bok choi, half cut mushrooms and green peas. Cover with a lid and let it cook for less than 10 minutes.

Don't hesitate to make it more spicy by adding chili flakes or sriracha sauce. You might also add seeds (sesame, pumpkin or any type you like) or cashews for extra protein and healthy fats.
